We ask that each person who plans to attend the SSN Annual Meeting in Denver or to sing as part of the SSN Chorus at the GALA Denver 2012 Festival complete this form.

The Sister Singers Network Annual Meeting will be held Saturday 7/7, from 9:30am to 4pm (includes lunch).
As with all SSN annual meetings, our goal for Denver 2012 is to have at least 1 or 2 designated epresentatives from each SSN chorus attend the meeting. All members are welcome to attend. Meeting topics will include plans for the 2014 SSN Choral Festival, other future SSN events, finances, steering committee membership, and network communications. Please send meeting topic suggestions to ssnmeeting@sistersingers.net.

Sister Singers Network members who will be attending the Denver 2012 meeting are invited to participate in a performance of the two SSN-commissioned songs, "Ode to Women" and "A Universal Dream."

Other Information

If you plan to attend only part of the SSN Annual Meeting, please let us know which part.

If you know where you'll be staying, please tell us that. We suggest that Sister Singers registrants stay at the Magnolia Hotel, 818 17th Street, so we’re in close proximity to one another. The Magnolia is about 5 blocks from the performance venue. The festival room rate is $165 and includes many great amenities, including complimentary internet and breakfast service. We’re hoping to be able to hold our Saturday meeting at the same location.

Sister Singers registrants are welcome to book hotel rooms through the GALA Festival Housing website when it opens at the end of January. We encourgae you to book your room as soon as you can.
